Pitched, designed and led the Knox Promise pilot, a $6.5M initiative providing emergency financial support and proactive coaching to college students participating in Tennessee Promise, which scaled statewide through a $14.5M state investment. Knox Promise students who engaged with key program supports, including coach connections and completion grants, were more likely to persist in college, complete all attempted credits, and earn a certificate or degree than students who did not engage with those supports.

Managed implementation of Summer Boost (Bloomberg Philanthropies) and Summer Discovery (Ballmer Group), supporting 65,000+ students across the country with high-quality academic and enrichment programming to accelerate summer learning and combat learning loss.

Managed a $15M+ budget portfolio and 85-person team as Chief Access and Outreach Officer at the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, while leading FAFSA completion efforts and a statewide campaign to boost higher education enrollment.

Led grant development to secure millions in philanthropic support for strategic priorities.
