Collaborative Convening, Coalition Building, & Initiative Launch

Led strategy and execution for the Future Forward Summit (2023, 2025), convening 500+ stakeholders, including policymakers, educators, and industry leaders to align on workforce development goals and credential quality. The events catalyzed the launch of SCORE’s Future Forward Innovation Grant and informed the framework for a statewide initiative to expand education-to-career pathways.

Led the development and execution of a statewide symposium (2024) that positioned student mental health as a policy priority, resulting in new tools like the Tennessee Mental Well-Being Index, local action such as Chattanooga’s first regional dashboard, and national influence through the Aspen Health Strategy Group on youth mental health policy discussions. Co-authored a key report and managed strategy, research, and coordination to drive awareness, advocacy, and long-term impact. Connecting the Dots Highlights

Developed and executed a strategy to increase public awareness and understanding of decline in college-going rate in the state (2023), resulting in engagement of 500+ stakeholders and record-breaking number of students applying to state grant programs through action-oriented research, data analysis, public speaking, effective facilitation, and community engagement efforts,.

Launched the Tennessee Governor’s Teacher Cabinet, led cross-sector coalitions, launched advocacy campaigns, and supported community engagement to elevate diverse and representative voices in state-level public policy.
